This smoked poblano vinegar has made its way to the front of my pantry. Good for southern, smoked, and mexican foods. Sauces and dips are next level with it.
Used it for a vinegarette and it was great
This product has a near perfect balance of flavor and acidity. The earthy tone is awesome for sauces made for meats and dressing for chef type salads.
