Fresh Poblano Peppers smoked for hours in our hard wood smokers, combined with salt and vinegar. Aged for six months, and bottled for use on greens, beans, salads, chips, or anything else to add smoke, heat, and acid.
All smoked items that we offer for shipping are fully cooked and are shelf stable, vacuum sealed, and not refrigerated for up to 10 days from the date of smoke. Products in a vacuum sealed bag can be refrigerated up to 4 months, or frozen indefinitely.
If you discover that the seal has broken during the course of delivery, and you do not plan to use the item immediately, please call us at 1-985-652-9990 or email us at waynejacobssmokehouse@gmail.com so that we can discuss a solution or replace the product.

Great vinegar
This smoked poblano vinegar has made its way to the front of my pantry. Good for southern, smoked, and mexican foods. Sauces and dips are next level with it.
