All smoked items that we offer for shipping are fully cooked and are shelf stable, vacuum sealed, and not refrigerated for up to 10 days from the date of smoke. Products in a vacuum sealed bag can be refrigerated up to 4 months, or frozen indefinitely.     This sauce has become my go to sauce for BBQ and grilling. It's delicious, tastes totally scratch made and has a perfect spice blend.

    This is simply some of the best I’ve ever had! So good I had to send bottles to friends and family all over the country. I was dipping apple slices in it the other night. I eat it out of the bottle with a spoon! Order some today!
