Our Tasso Jerky is the from same cut of pork, the same seaoning, and smoke as our Tasso but it is cut thinner for snacking.  It is sold in 4 oz. bags vacuum sealed for freshness.  Our Tasso Jerky is naturally smoked with real wood, preservative free, nitrate free, and gluten free.  

All smoked items that we offer for shipping are fully cooked and are shelf stable, vacuum sealed, and not refrigerated for up to 10 days from the date of smoke. Products in a vacuum sealed bag can be refrigerated up to 4 months, or frozen indefinitely. If you discover that the seal has broken during the course of delivery, and you do not plan to use the item immediately, please call us at 1-985-652-9990 or email us at waynejacobssmokehouse@gmail.com so that we can discuss a solution or replace the product. Just because the seal is broken doesn't mean the item has spoiled, but for future freezing or refrigeration, the quality will be compromised.

    Best Tasso I’ve ever had. From Louisiana but now live in Florida. Ordered 20 packs of Tasso Jerky just for me to eat, and 5 gumbo mixes to give as gifts to my friends who’ve tried my gumbo and LOVE it!

    Like I said before the very best in quality and flavor you won't go wrong. Also makes a great pot of white beans with Tasso it is amazing flavor
