Makes a 9" round pan. Our cracklin melts into the batter when baked for an unmatched flavor with bits of pork remaining. Sweet and savory. Contains both corn and wheat flour. Just add buttermilk, melted butter, and an egg. You can also add corn, cheese, and/or peppers to make it extra special.
